Shish-Ka-Bobs For Two

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. filet (about 8 oz. each)

  • 2 small tomatoes

  • 3 or 4 small potatoes

  • 2 small bell peppers

  • 2 small onions


Sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp lemon pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic salt 

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 Tbsp butter

Preparation

  1. Wedge each of the ingredients and put on separate skewers.


  2. Combine all ingredients for sauce and beat until blended. Baste meat and vegetables that are on skewers.


  3. Grill until done.
