Flank in Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. flank steak

  • 1 Tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp lime juice

  • 1 cup beef broth

Preparation

  1. Coat 8 quart crock pot with oil.

  1. Place sliced peppers and onions on the bottom.

 

  1. Place the steak in pot and top with all ingredients.

 

  1. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

 

  1. Once done, shred with a fork.

​

  1. Serve on a tortilla with shredded cheese, pico sauce, and lettuce.
