Easy Flat Iron Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs. flat iron steak

  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 Tbsp seasoned salt

  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl. Season the steak on all sides.


  1. Preheat an iron skillet over medium heat and melt the butter in the skillet.


  1. Add the steaks to the hot pan. Cook 3-4 minutes or to your desired doneness. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
