Easy Cubed Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. cubed steak (about 6-8 pieces)

  • 2 - 10.5 oz. cans of cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 - 1 oz. packet onion soup mix

  • 1 - 0.87 oz. packet brown gravy mix       

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp pepper 

  • 4 oz. mushrooms (sliced)

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. In a slow cooker, add soup, beef broth, onion soup mix, gravy mix, garlic powder, pepper, and stir to combine.


  1. Add cubed steak pieces to slow cooker and lay them flat. Ladle a little of the gravy mixture over the tops of the steaks. Top the steaks with mushrooms. Cover and cook until the cubed steaks are tender, about 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Serve garnished with parsley.
