Easy Cubed Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs. cubed steak (about 6-8 pieces)
2 - 10.5 oz. cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 - 1 oz. packet onion soup mix
1 - 0.87 oz. packet brown gravy mix      Â
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepperÂ
4 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
In a slow cooker, add soup, beef broth, onion soup mix, gravy mix, garlic powder, pepper, and stir to combine.
Add cubed steak pieces to slow cooker and lay them flat. Ladle a little of the gravy mixture over the tops of the steaks. Top the steaks with mushrooms. Cover and cook until the cubed steaks are tender, about 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high. Serve garnished with parsley.Â
