Easy Low-Carb Beef Liver Plate
Ingredients
4 Tbsp pastured butter or ghee
1 large onion
1 ½ lbs beef liver
3 Tbsp heavy cream or coconut cream
2 Tbsp coconut aminos sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp white pepper
1 ½ tsp sea salt
Preparation
In a medium skillet melt butter, add onions and sauté until translucent.Â
Add chopped liver and cook until done, not overcooked.Â
Place the cooked onions and liver into a food processor.Â
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and even throughout. Add more salt if necessary and pulse until well blended.Â
Transfer to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
