Quick Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Grady Ranch ground beef

  • ½ cup chopped onions

  • ½ cup chopped celery

  • 1 can condensed celery soup OR mushroom soup

  • 1 can (2 oz. or 4 oz.) sliced mushrooms drained

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Hot cooked rice or noodles

Preparation

Brown the beef, onion, and celery in a skillet. Add soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes. Add sour cream. Heat over low heat (DO NOT BRING TO A BOIL) to serving temperature. Serve over rice or noodles.
