Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
3 large Vidalia® Onions, sliced
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of milk
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
6 large potatoes, sliced
4 Tbsp butterÂ
   Â
Optional Ingredients:
CheeseÂ
Ground BeefÂ
Frozen Vegetables
Preparation
Consideration should be taken depending on the size of vegetables, seasoning desire, and personal taste.
Season meat and brown with butter. Peel and slice potatoes, thinly. Make alternate layers of potatoes, onions, and meat. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the soup to make it easier when pouring into the pan. Pour mushroom soup on top and bake at 350° F for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
