Cheeseburger Dip

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
¾ cup onion diced
2 Tbsp ketchup
8 oz. cream cheese
1 ½ cup Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
¾ cup dill pickles diced, divided
2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
¼ cup Roma tomatoes diced
Preparation
Add ground beef to a medium hot skillet. Cook 8-10 minutes. Add onions and cook 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, and ½ cup diced pickles until well incorporated (I use a hand mixer). Add to cooled beef mixture and mix until well incorporated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to bake.
Spread the dip into an oven-proof skillet (I use a cast iron skillet). Bake in a 375Ëšoven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and edges are bubbling. Remove from oven and top with remaining pickles, parsley, and diced tomatoes. Serve dip warm with potato chips or crackers.
