American Lamb Gyro Bowl

Ingredients
4 loin chops, cut into small chunks
Chopped cucumbers
Feta cheese
Tzatziki sauce
Chopped grape tomatoes
Pepperoncini peppers
Chick peas
Naan cut into pieces
Red onion
Marinade:
¼ red onion
Chop a few cloves of garlic
Rosemary
2 Tbsp EVOO
½ fresh lemon or juice
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
Tzatziki Sauce:
½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
½ cup shredded cucumber, squeeze out water
2 tblsp EVOO
½ fresh lemon or juice
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
Couple cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix marinade ingredients together and add cubed lamb an hour before grilling.
Grill lamb till cooked to 145˚ and rest 3 minutes.
Assemble the bowls with the lamb, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, diced red onions, pepperoncini peppers, sliced naan, and drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
