St. Louis Style Lamb Ribs

Ingredients
1 (2-3 lb) package St. Louis Style Lamb Ribs
¼ cup Fennel seeds toasted, then grind them
10-12 packages of Monk Fruit
2 Tblsp smoked paprika
1 Tblsp dried oregano
1 Tblsp garlic powder
1 Tblsp onion powder
1 Tblsp ground Cayenne pepper
2 Tblsp Celtic Sea Salt
Preparation
Peel membrane off of the ribs. Brown the meat on all sides in some olive oil.
Blend the Seasonings together and add enough yellow mustard so it will stick to the ribs when applied.
Double wrap the ribs in aluminum foil to capture juices. Put the foiled ribs in a 325ËšF oven on a tray for about 2-3 hours or until the meat peels away from the bones. It will be fork tender.
