

Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground lamb                                       Â
1 egg   Â
½ yellow onion grated                                                                                                               Â
2 garlic cloves minced
½ cup fresh parsley minceÂ
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tsp pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425Ëš.Â
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape mixture into small ball shapes (about 1Tbsp in size). Arrange meatballs on a parchment lined baking dish, leaving space between each one.Â
Bake meatballs about 15-20 minutes or until outside is nicely golden and fully cooked inside.
