Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground lamb                                          

  • 1 egg    

  • ½ yellow onion grated                                                                                                                   

  • 2 garlic cloves minced

  • ½ cup fresh parsley mince 

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 2 tsp salt (to taste)

  • 1 tsp pepper (to taste)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚. 


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape mixture into small ball shapes (about 1Tbsp in size). Arrange meatballs on a parchment lined baking dish, leaving space between each one. 


  1. Bake meatballs about 15-20 minutes or until outside is nicely golden and fully cooked inside.
