

Lamb Burger

Ingredients
1 lb. ground lamb                                           Â
3 Tbsp fresh mint finely chopped            Â
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp cinnamonÂ
Salt and pepper to taste                              Â
Oil for brushing
Preparation
Preheat grill or pan over medium high heat.
Put lamb, mint, cumin, cinnamon into a medium bowl. Mix until combined, handling the mixture as little as possible. Shape into 4 burgers (about ½ inch thick). Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.Â
Cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes then flip and cook another 5 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack to rest about 4 minutes.
Serve on toasted buns with tzatziki, crumbled feta cheese, pickled onions, and lettuce.
