Bill's Lamb Burger

Ingredients
1 lb. ground lamb
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Preparation
Combine ingredients. Make 4 equal patties.Â
Grill or pan fry in a cast iron skillet on medium high heat until brown on both sides (3-4 minutes on each side). Make sure pan is hot, so you get a good sear. Remove from heat and rest for 2-3 minutes .Â
Serve on a bun with mayo, mustard, lettuce, and pickles (or any condiment you like on a burger)
