Bill's Lamb Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground lamb

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients. Make 4 equal patties. 


  1. Grill or pan fry in a cast iron skillet on medium high heat until brown on both sides (3-4 minutes on each side). Make sure pan is hot, so you get a good sear. Remove from heat and rest for 2-3 minutes . 


  1. Serve on a bun with mayo, mustard, lettuce, and pickles (or any condiment you like on a burger)
