Air Fryer Stew Beef Chunks

Ingredients

Ansley measures with her heart

  • 1 lb. stew beef

  • Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Season meat. Then cover with Worcestershire. Let sit for a few minutes.


  1. Take out and place in a 400° air fryer for 8-10 minutes being sure to turn meat every 2 or 3 minutes or to your desired doneness. Mix melted butter and minced garlic for dipping or pour over chunks. Also Yum Yum sauce is great for dipping.


These go good on a salad.
